Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor reminiscent of wet dog hit us hard. It didn’t go away until we cranked up the A/C to high. The bathroom in room 229 had a urine smell, and the shower leaked due to a poor seal. The coffee offered both at arrival and breakfast was thick and burnt, disappointing for any coffee enthusiast. Lastly, the automatic blinds needed some wrestling-previous guests appeared to have jammed the blackout curtain.
